Home › Activity is the project's audit feed: who changed what, when. Every write CRM & Studio performs — saves, deletes, uploads, agent turns — is logged with the path, the action, a label and the changed keys. Values are never logged, so the feed is safe for every member to read, and entries expire after 180 days.
Actions: Created is a document that did not exist before, Updated a save to an existing one (full overwrites included), Deleted a removal; older rows may still show Added, the former label for a new record.
Filter by member, collection, action or source with the header's filter button. Writes that arrive through the API or MCP with a project token are not in this feed — those are the platform's own hooks territory — with one exception: a change to the console's own settings (the pinned menu or the dashboard) made through the API is logged here with the source API token, under the member's e-mail when the token is a member's, otherwise as token:<note> (e.g. token:MCP).
