Settings › Members is the project roster.
Inviting#
Add a member by e-mail with a role. The address receives an invitation e-mail; without an account yet, the membership is claimed automatically on their first sign-in (with a confirmed address). Someone who creates their account from the invitation skips the new-account questions: a short Welcome step asks only for their name, photo and language, then shows the project list.
Roles and access#
| Role | What it grants |
|---|---|
| Owner, Admin | Managers: everything in the project, including this roster, the plan and the tokens. |
| Editor | Only the capabilities you switch on — commerce, content, community, generative, web, develop — each as read or write. |
The Demo switch on a member lets them open the project on the Demo environment — it applies to every role, managers included (platform roles have it implicitly). It only has an effect when Demo is enabled for the project itself (Settings › Project details › Environments); until then the dialog says so and the member stays on Production.
Display as#
Managers can preview CRM & Studio as any member sees it (Display as in the account menu) to check what a role hides.
Platform roles#
Master, administrator and developer are platform-wide roles set by the platform, not here; they confer manager rights across all (or their member) projects.
Manager-only.
